Wonderstay is seeking an experienced Home Operations Manager! In this role, you’ll work with our independent contractors (Hosts) and internal teams to ensure a smooth and streamlined process in making our Wonderstay homes move-in-ready. We are looking for an energetic & passionate individual who has strong organizational skills and can handle working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
You’ll join a team of talented individuals that are building a startup to improve the way people live and will be able to make all kinds of things happen without limits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our cleaners to ensure successful cleanings, replenish items, and submit maintenance requests as needed
- Ensure successful access to our homes for hosts and members
- Troubleshoot Wifi and other utility related issues
- Pay, request, cancel, and audit utilities in our homes
- Solve parking related issues as needed
